Remember Me-Easter Sunday

Dedicated to Joseph A. Thompson, the eldest my five “boy cousins.” Over the course of his life “Joe” served as babysitter, gardener, salesman, big brother, father figure, teacher, banker, minister and psychologist. His love extended beyond our immediate family to anyone in need. As he stayed close to God, God stayed close to him and allowed him, through faith, to do the impossible.

When Joe passed away 2 years ago he left his family and friends, not in sorrow, but with pride, appreciation, laughter and greater faith.

I will miss his beautiful smile, and his beautiful soul, but I am grateful that he was a part of my life.

God, love, family, service, loyalty, and good humour.
